Rogers resolved?

He he he, just got a call from the Office of the President from Rogers. Apparently even though my complaint could not be handled by the Canadian Radio and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), they forwarded the complaint to the correct person in Rogers. My problem is apparently resolved, so I will no longer be billed each month.
